It does seem deblasio has a problem with religion especially conservative ones. I would think his actions are worth challenging.
hes talking about a check you need to deposit. ive been using usaa for a decade and they have no physical bank in this state. i scan my checks and they are immediately deposited which takes about a minute.

I don't give a shit about religion but they have the right to worship as they see fit short of things like human sacrifice. Just like I have the right to assemble with more than a government specified number of people. The governor of California has even told people to eat Thanksgiving dinner outdoors and for only 2 hours. In some state, maybe New York, police raided the home of an Orthodox Jewish famil because they had too many cars outside and were having a gathering larger that the govenment said they could have. Yea I can't remember the last bank that I even heard of having checking account fee. I know wellsfargo business side has some if you dont have a minimum, but most every bank these days offers some sort of free option. These politicians are looking to solve problems that dont exist because they have nothing better to do but waste our money.
You continue to argue that people have an unfettered freedom to exercise their rights. That was never true and never intended by the constitution and the founding fathers who created it. Every freedom is constrained by responsibility and the requirements for a stable society. Untrammeled exercise of a freedom leads to a chaotic society of the strong imposing their desires on the weak.
I haven' written a check in years. I pay my bills online. The last physical check I have received was 6 or 7 years ago. It was for a small amount so I scanned it for deposit just to see if it worked. I used to have a business account with Bank of America. They don't have any locations in Louisian. Whenever I would go to Texas I would withdraw a lot of money so that I wouldn't have to use it at a local ATM and be charged a fee to get my own money
