That is a total misunderstanding of the constitution. We’re a democratic republic and elect people to make those decisions so they’re not dictated. If you don’t like the decisions vote them out. You can’t unilaterally decide and act on what you want if you don’t agree with your elected government. That path leads to anarchy.
You are only correct as it pertains to statues already passed by congress or state legislatures that are on the books. To arbitrarily issue pronouncements and directives telling people what they have to do is not constitutional or legal and has no basis in the law.

No right is without condition or unlimited. We have all kinds of things in our society that are mandated by law for the greater good. You obey speed limits and traffic laws every day because they are there to protect us all. You never question a shelter in place order when there is a weather emergency because it is there to protect you and others. A temporary lockdown order is no different.
