So really Trump needs to post evidence which he hasn’t. Everything so far has been Twitter dumps. When he brings it to court with hard evidence then it’s worth discussing. There are always mistakes and some fraud in elections. It would have to rise to epic proportions to change the outcome. If he doesn’t have any hard evidence he’s only undermining one of the basic pillars of our country...free elections and peaceful transfer of power.
Winston ... what part of a Summons do you not get? These guys and gals gave sworn testimony on irregularities with the election that can be checked. But the suit must go forward and the authorities must investigate in order to determine if the sworn testimony is correct. And in todays computer world, it should not be too hard to do. These guys said that they were putting people into the system in Detroit with Birthdays of 1-1-1900. That should be easy enough to check, and it should be easy enough to check to see if the Birthdates have been tampered with since the filing. OTOH ... with Guliani ... I'll have to agree.
