She will end up winning by margin between 1 and 1.5 percent. She will top 65 million, the 2nd most votes ever, behind only Obama in 08.
I heard on a broadcast that often absentee ballots aren't counted if the number of ballots is less than the vote difference. It also said that absentee votes should favor Trump. Don't know if that's accurate but if so we will never know what the true popular vote count is.
I got the popular vote pretty close: clinton 47.9 (actual) vs 47.6 trump 46.4 (actual) vs 45.8 by the time all the votes are actually counted, the percentages will look like this: Clinton 48.2 Trump 46.1 I had her winning by 1.8 percentage points.

One final note on the election. According to Steve Kornake on MSNBC's Morning Joe this morning HRC won the popular vote by about 2.8MM votes....however she won California by over 3MM votes. Interesting! More telling IMO is that of 3300 counties in the US HRC won only 450. These two facts show why the electoral college is still the best path to electing a president.
