DeAnthony Thomas, looked fantastic against Nevada. I was proud of the way our coaches, players and fans, supported him after his dissapoinment. He's going to be great, nice of you to care, thanks. .
In my homer opinion, I thought the Ducks slightly outplayed LSU in the first half. I trust that Chip knows what he's doing. LSU_4_LIFE,.. the issue feels settled to me.
I can see that, but we played poor in the first half offensively, dropped passes, bad snap that set you guys up in FG range. I loved our defensive play in the 1st half though As we have been able to do many times on disagreements, lets just agree to disagree and get back to good ole football talk :thumb:
Yeah I was a little worried after that 17 or 19 play drive by the Ducks but our hurry-up scoring drive near the end of the half was crucial. Things seemed to change after that. The Ducks never laid down by any means but the game just seemed to snowball in our favor.
I was starting to feel it after that drive, then,. as you said,...... I was pretty dissapointed by the Duck's effort in the 3rd quarter.... they seemed to be shell-shocked by the fumbles.
The game would have stayed tight, just as the first half, if not for the fumbles. That's just how the ball bounces. I don't blame the duck for taking up for Kelly. The ducks were bad for years. Kelly came in and resurrected the team and moved them to the top 10% of college football. While I too don't agree with running a score up and embarrassing another team full of college kids, I can see the pride uo fans have in their program. We take up for miles so you would expect the duck to take up for kelly.
GDF is an Oregon Fan. Let him be an Oregon fan. This site does not require undying allegience to LSU. Some of us are still complaining that we should have beat Auburn 3 years ago. It's what fans do.
