  4. Betty start setting your alarm clock @GiantDuckFan

The PAC12 is planning to start football games at 9 AM Pacific time.
  5. it's pinhead Larry's big idea, only in the talking stage,.. I'd have to leave here about 4:00 AM to get into the stadium on time

  6. Don't most NFL games on the west coast start at.10 AM so that they start at noon and 1 PM central and eastern zones? You ever go to 49ers games?
  7. Before the SEC Network Jefferson-Pilot Network had an 11 AM SEC game on every week. All conference teams were bound to have to play in one at the discretion of the league. My ears are still ringing from all the wails and moaning whence LSU got force into a JP game.

But the sole for the PAC is not early morning games. You'll get more TV watchers nationwide but game attendance will be slashed. Who in LA is going to be at a 9 AM USC or UCLA game? Nobody.

The answer is to put a better product on the field. When USC was dominating and Reggie Bush was running wild people all over the country watched.

  8. I've only been to one NFL game, saw the Lions defeat the Rams in the Colosseum way back when.

I guess I'd prefer getting up early to see the Ducks, I seldom go to the 8 pm games, if I did and drove straight home, I'd get back about 4am
  9. pac fans like the noon games, but tv dictates, we seldom have those anymore
