Canzano: It’s steep climb for Oregon Ducks -- or anyone in the Pac-12 -- to a national title

    https://www.oregonlive.com/ducks/2020/01/canzano-its-steep-climb-for-oregon-ducks-or-anyone-in-the-pac-12-to-a-national-title.html

"LSU beat Clemson on Monday night for the national title..... LSU was physically imposing. It was fast on both sides of the ball. It had a great quarterback. The skill position weapons were fast, varied and dangerous -- just a tremendous offensive team that was impossible to match up against.

Former Oregon defensive coordinator Nick Aliotti dropped me a text after the game.

“Glad I didn’t have to stop that offense.”

Clemson was great, too. Really good. If the Tigers-Tigers played 10 times, Clemson might have won two or three of them. But Clemson had an off night against a team that was more memorable and dynamic to me than any of the national champions in recent memory."

Clemson had an off night? Naw, I refuse to accept that. Not this game

I think they're "off night" was caused by our offense and defense.:D

Quarterbacks that had an "off night" against the LSU defense.
    Tua
    Jake Fromm
    Justin Fields
    Trevor Lawrence

These are all really, really good quarterbacks. I'd take any of them for my team.... and, yet, they all had bad nights when facing the LSU defense.
    I think I see a trend.....
