I'd move there except for the massive fault zones that run thru that area and huge volcanoes. In fact, I turned down a job offer there in 2007 due to 600 very deep quakes in one week. Of course Louisiana is not much better as we, too, sit on major faults connected to the New Madrid and we sit adjacent to one massive volcano (actually it's an active caldera) named "Hot Springs", AR. We also have pretty severe weather plus the hurricanes. I love the "prehistoric" forests there. I envision mountain biking, hiking and driving a Subaru WRX STi or a Mitsubishi Lancer Evo. How can that not be fun? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
