1. It is a good tool that should be utilized, if it isn't- I have no idea. Meyers used that tactic a lot in "Restoring" the pride in Florida's program- bringing in former players to meet the team.
  2. True or not the fault will lie with Saban. He shouldn't ask former Tiger players to recruit against LSU, unless it is a player LSU is not pursuing. This man of "integrity" keeps sliding down the already slippery slope.
  3. Only specific LSU coaches are allowed to recruit for LSU. Former players can not get into the recruiting process any more than any other booster . . . which is zero.

  4. I wonder how many MSU players recruited for Saban when he bailed on them... unreal. It IS the program and the coach. Even Hallman and Dinardo had players go to the NFL with decent to bad seasons...

  5. Someone should check with NCAA to be sure, but I think it would be very illegal for Brady James to go on a recriuting trip with Sabin.

Edwards would probably be another story since :helmet: it was his brother.:helmet: :helmet: :helmet: LSU! LSU! LSU! LSU! LSU! :crystal: :crystal: :crystal:
  6. Do we have any confirmed reports that this rumor is true?

I find it pretty hard to believe that Brady is meeting up with saban to recruit. I know he was in Vegas the first part of the week since he was interviewed there when Parcells quit.
  7. Brady James left early because Satin thought he would be drafted high that year. He didn't get drafted at all. Signed by Cowgirls later and now plays on sundays.
  8. Wrong. Trev Faulk.
  9. you're thinking of Trev Faulk... Faulk left early

Brady James was drafted in the 4th round by the Cowboys

  10. In a way it is kind of funny that Bama has to use former LSU players to help them recruit. :hihi:
