1. I'm afraid you will be bitterly dissapointed come draft day, scouts and mock drafts were high on reid before the season started, off of last seasons performance......when they re-evaluate things will change.....this I can definately tell you.....his stock did not go up. I wish the kid the best of luck....but it is what it is.
  2. Obviously, he has all of the measureables that the pro scouts are going to love, in addition to be a really smart guy, to boot. That alone will make him a desirable draft pick.

But...I don't think he's been as good this year as last, likely because the rest of the defensive backfield isn't as strong around him.

  3. Exposed a little? He started bad and got worse. Bad fundamentals on every level. Dad knows this.
  4. You don't think? Can you simply say he's sucked after having a great year. It's night and day. I'm the biggest ER fan but I'm not blind. If based on this year alone he may be the last player taken off our defense. He or jalen Collins.
  5. He has played hurt half the year.

In all, much respect to the kid. Nothing to be disrespectful about.
  6. Hurt ego.
  7. Disappointed? How could I be, he gets drafted or he comes back and helps the defense next year. Thats a win on both. Go look at his stats from last year and this year, this year has done better in the coverage stats than last year. Defended more passes and broken up more. Same number of INTs with more return yards this year. He still has one more game to play this year.
  8. People with eyesight realize his box scores are a tad deceiving. Just be honest about what was seen. Given you have vision.
  9. No, I'm not going to go as far as saying he's sucked.
  10. Stats...your really gonna bring up stats.....of course he is going to have better stats, because like we have been saying all year, his secondary this year is not nearly as good as it was last year, the play was contained before it got to reid, this year he has been needed to be that last line of defense on several occasions, and he's failed at that to many times this year, that's the point everyone is trying to make! He's only gotten 5 more tackles than last year, same int's, 2 more break ups, and 1 more pass defended, on a defense that obviously need him to make more plays this year than last......last year lsu'd defense only gave up 14 TD's 7 rushing and 7 passing, this year they gave up 26 Td's, 13 passing and 13 rushing......had reid been better those td's given up would have been lower...no doubt!!
