This is the latest on espn.com.
Notice all of the team helmets. I realize that CBS, not ESPN, has rights to the big SEC games and I also realize that ESPN is promoting their own schedule and I realize that ESPN is owned by ABC (or the parent company of ABC) BUT... There is not an SEC team to be found, much less the defending SEC champs & Natl. Champs.

I love ESPN... I hate the markets that they have to cater to in order to make their profits.

It has nothing to do with liking LSU or the SEC ... it's about advertising! This particular ad is promoting the ABC games as well as the ESPN and ESPN2 early day games, which by the way, doesn't inlcude any SEC teams.

    Don't be so sensitive ...

you'd see us on there if they owned NBC(they are the ones with the rights to pick thier choice of SEC games right) but since they don't they can't pick the LSU/Georgia, FLA/UGA, TENN/ALA games until NBC turns those games down which probably won't happen. at least thats my understanding of how it works
