There used to be a place on the St. Francisville highway that served breakfast in a cup for take-outs. It was really good for eating while driving. They took a tall foam milkshake cup and put grits and butter on the bottom, then scrambled eggs, and topped with crumbled bacon. The gave you a milkshake spoon and you just ate your way through the bacon and eggs and into the buttery grits.

They closed when the power plant construction was over and they lost all those contractors commuting from Baton Rouge.
