https://www.bizjournals.com/portlan...n-state-goes-south-for-its-new-president.html Oregon State University on Friday named F. King Alexander the school's 15th president. He will succeed Ed Ray, who will have served 17 years when he formally steps down on July 1. Alexander, 56, is president and chancellor of Louisiana State University. Oregon State University unanimously approved hiring Alexander on Friday morning. He has a five-year employment agreement. this might have other ramifications for the Pac. Oregon State's Ed Ray had become very powerful, and was one of just two University presidents who strongly support, Pac12 Commissioner, dipshit pinhead Larry Scott. Hopefully this is a step towards getting rid of him.
