I'm calling BS. I think it was a statement of the waning interest in a Miles coached team, which showed up again, just in new unis. I think that combined with a disproportionate amount of social butterflies is a bad combination.

    why do people do that?
I take the cold very well and still I brought my hoodie.
I also wouldn't say last night was "cold". low 50's with a tiny breeze isn't cold.

We came prepared. Long Johns and sweatshirts. And Jackets. Mt wife has an LSU fleese blanket that she kept on until the LSU drive of the night. Then we were all standing and cheering and forgot how cold it was.

And a ton of people, like myself, don't show up because of who is the coach. We show up because cheering for our team is what we do. It was, after all, Saturday night in Death Valley.

I just feel bad for the fans who left early. They missed out on a great ending! Of course they probably didn't sit in traffic for an hour and half either, so maybe they are on to something. Oh well. Totally worth it.

A agree. There are stages of weather people go through (hot, warm, mild, cool, chilly, cold) everywhere but in South Louisiana where 70 is great and 65 is freezing.

    I would call 50's chilly.

And I don't get how the same people are always cold? You know if your the type of person that gets cold easy, so why don't you dress accordingly? Unless someone else is picking out your clothes, I can't see any reason to be cold.

Probably also had to do with it being a social thing, only to be attended when we're winning :crystal: for some people

He should have called me... I'd have taken those tickets off his hands gladly and stayed past the end of the game.

I thought Arky has an explosive offense that has been in gear which is not easy to stop; they CAN move the ball. They should never have been taken for granted.
