So in 1 league out of 3, I have made it to the semi-finals.

Here is my roster and matchups for this week.

    QB:
    Drew Brees @ Baltimore
    Kerry Collins vs. Houston

    WR:
    Desean Jackson @ NYG
    Hakeem Nicks vs. Philly
    Derrick Mason vs. NO
    Sidney Rice vs. Chi

    TE:
Vernon Davis @ SD only TE I have.

    RB:
    Pierre Thomas @ Baltimore
    Tim Hightower @ Carolina
    Cedric Benson vs. Cleveland
    Brian Westbrook @ SD
    LeGarrette Blount vs. Detroit
    Reggie Bush @ Baltimore

    K:
Tynes is my kicker, keeping him

    Defense:
    San Diego vs. SF
    Minnesota vs. Chi

    I have spots for 1 QB, 2 WR, 1 TE, 2 RB, 1 Flex, 1 K, 1 Def

This is what I have as of right now:

    Drew Brees
    Desean Jackson
    Hakeem Nicks
    Pierre Thomas
    Tim Hightower
    Vernon Davis
    Sidney Rice
    Lawrence Tynes
    San Diego

This is a PPR league, so, I guess my main concerns are Pierre Thomas, is Chris Ivory hurt bad? Will Pierre be back fully?

Tim Hightower, going against Carolina's horrible defense.

San Diego's D. Should I go with Minnesota due to the fact that I have Vernon Davis playing against San Diego?

    Thanks In Advance.

    Stick with San Diego's D.

They still are in a must win situation, so they will pull out all the stops. The San Fran offense is still very pedestrian at best.

I would go Blount over Thomas. Ivory appears to be ok, so Thomas' touches will be limited. Plus the Ravens don't give up a lot of yards to running backs. Blount could have a huge day.

Everything else is a go, just as you have it.

Ditto but I wouldn't start Rice. Maybe Benson instead.

If Favre plays, I would play Rice.

The Bengals have appeared to give up running the ball, and the Cleveland defense is actually quite good.

Flex spot is tough. Probably won't get much out of Rice, Benson or Mason there, so it's a crap shoot. Saints have given up a league low 8 TD passes. And we usually shut down the receivers almost entirely (RBs, TEs usually do most of the damage).

It is a crap shoot. I usually always defer to the RB but he is in a PPR league.

Who knows what Favre would do if he plays...

Dont really want to 2nd guess myself given a win this week assures me at least $300 and a shot at $750 if I win in the finals. Already took home the $150 for points leader.

    What about this lineup?

    Brady @ GB

    Turner @ SEA
    Moreno @ Oak
    Fred Jackson @ Mia

    Wayne @ Jac
    T.O. @ Cle

    Vernon Davis @ SD

    Rackers @ Ten

    San Diego @ SF

    Bench:

    Cutler @ NE
    LT @ Pit
    Braylon @ Pit
    Garcon @ Jac
    Ward @ NYJ
    Philly @ NYG

I'm going to have to change Rice out, looks so far like Webb is going to start in Minnesota, and it's going to be played outdoors in the crap weather. So i'm thinking, Minnesota's D might be a good play because the Bears sucked against a horrible defense last week in bad weather.

No one thinks Westbrook is going to have a good game?

BHelm the only thing about your lineup that I might shift around is Fred Jackson and Hines Ward. I am assuming that you have 3 running backs in because 1 is in the flex, and Miami is playing good run defense right now, and it always seems that Hines Ward plays well against the better defenses.

I thought about Hines but he is so inconsistent and we don't score PPR and Jackson gets almost all the carries now and is used in the passing game and he had a good game against Pit a few weeks ago.
