I would venture say that if we were undefeated and won a National Championship with scores like that, no one would care. And if you do, you'd need your head examined.
No one would complain, however when exactly has won of those types of teams won a title? Fact is the SEC dominated for seven straight seasons in large part because of dominant D's. Most of the time when Oregon, Baylor, TCU, etc play against a team with a great D, they lose.
id take kelly in a nanosecond. Oregon, Baylor and TCU dont recruit DL like LSU used to. Same thing was said about spurriers offense. Then he hired Bob Stoops and proved you could have both.
Oregon recruits close to LSU. I'd rather stick to with what got us to where we are, but obviously with some more up to date changes. Not just an air out all the time O, with zero D.
not on the DL. Unless shit has changed and I know their defense has fallen yearly since kelly has left. their metrics are as bad as anyone. they were good as kelly got better recruits.
