I picked up Freeman and played him this week. I also have Mike Williams so it was a decent hookup and Freeman was respectable. Against Vick though it was useless. Vick scored more points than any other player ever has in our league and thats going back to 2001 when we did it with the newspaper stats and score sheets. Incredible performance by Vick.
Steve Young said something last night that I thought was dead on. Michael Vick as soon as he figures out the whole quarterback thing, and throwing from the pocket, and being a throwing quarterback first, (which after watching last night, looks like he has) could be the most dangerous weapon at the quarterback position of all time. He is completely right. If I would have told you, when Michael Vick was arrested. That a year after he gets out of jail he will be starting for the Eagles on monday night, playing against McNabb and the Redskins, you would have thought I was smoking alot more than what I do normally. Vick's turnaround is amazing.
