    You may recall that Stanford was the "Indians" before they caved in to the PC and changed to the Cardinal.

    In baseball's early years there were the Boston Beaneaters. Would not care to hang out in their clubhouse. The Brooklyn Dodgers were originally the Trolley Dodgers.

    Someone earlier mentioned the Macon Whoopie. Macon now has a minor league hockey team named the Macon Tracks.

    How 'bout - Macon Bacon.

    Their mascot(s) can be two pigs (boy and girl, of course) getting it on.
