Favorite Thanksgiving Dish

    I traveled over the holiday and stayed with friends in Texas and I ate the best casserole I've had in many years. She called it green bean casserole but it had more artichokes than green beans and it beat the hell out of most green bean casseroles that I've had.

    Love the fried turkey and my mama always makes a pecan pie for dessert.

    I still have dressing left over and it's freaking delicious still. My favorite Thanksgiving treat however are these meat rolls we used to get from a bakery in Hodge, LA. Awesome yeast rolls with bits of peppery salt pork on/in them.
