You can BOOK it. Garland is a very reluctant A.G. where trump is concerned. Garland declined to indict trump on the ten counts of obstruction of justice in the Mueller case when legal scholars everywhere were screaming for it, and that it was an open and shut case. There is NO WAY Garland signed off on this intrusion into trump's personal residence for trivial documents.
