yep, it's much easier to play '60 minutes of football' when the guys have this kind of conditioner.

When it became clear that Saban was leaving, I posted that, of all the coaches, Moffitt was the one I most wanted to stay at LSU!

The summer before our 03 football season, didn't Saban say that the players showed up in the best shape they'd ever been & fired up? Then before 04 he said some guys were out of shape...

It looks like we're headed for a very special season.

Yep, the 2003 was the best conditioned team Saban had ever tested in all his year.

yeah saban said that, prior to the '03 season, he had more guys on the team that ran 40's in under 4.7s than he had ever seen. that same year, moffit said he had more guys on the team that could bench over 500lbs than he had ever seen.

    me too!

Funny, a quick search reveals that this is the first time you have ever typed the name Moffitt in a post on TF. :thumb: ;)

I've also been a big Moffitt backer. I used to work out w/Coach Hatch and The Wallbanger/Spectrum. Some of his stuff is very old school but the discipline he teaches is awesome.
