I'll make this point ... Mr. Anderson skillfully avoided noting the severity of the 35-7 ass whipping that KSU put on OKLA. On this point alone ... your argument folds. That's what I've been saying the last week I'm for a playoff system but if the bcs is the best we can do. I was wrong about it. The prejudice human polls is the problem. If you read the comments from Chris Fowler and the Cal coach like I did you would be horrified. We need to stop the human polls from happening. Chris Fowler said basically: I weighted the 2 teams, Fla was better than Cal but usc had the closest to a perfect season missing a field goal in ot. Nevermind, LSU beat 2 top 5 teams and a top 25 team Nevermind, usc beat 1 top 25 team only. Cal coach said I don't get to see the other team much. That speaks for itself. No internet or radio, tv there, they must still be having blackouts
The only reason usc offense is humming is because they haven't played anybody like LSU and OU. The closest D was Oregan ST, everyone else's D out there is in the 100's LSU's D is humming, and has been more consistant than usc's offense so why aren't we #1 then??? Where is usc's Defense??? I wonder what idiots like cal coach and Fowler would say about,

Are we to assume, Ramah, that when LSU has it's long awaited NC trophy and all the talking heads want to do is call USC the "Real" Champion that you will be happy as the proverbial Pig in Shit? Didn't Auburn have to wait until they played Vanderbilt before they scored a touchdown, and in between USC and Vandy they only scored 3 points on Georgia Tech. Georgia Tech being the same school that let Clemson score 39, Vandy score 24, UNC score 41, and Duke score 41 points on them. For the first 2 and a half games Auburn incorrectly thought they were supposed to be a passing team.
Exactly. And, the USC- Auburn game was in doubt until midway through the 4th quarter. LSU had em whipped in 5 minutes.
