The majority here, maybe. Keep in mind that it's a scientific poll and is thus subject to skew and bias as this "poll" only includes the people who visit this particular message board.

    I hate my statistics class.
I love being a rabble rouser.

Ah, but is one more likely to vote for/against just because they visit the forum. I'd say it would be a decent sample. Took stats 2 years ago :thumb:

But the poll only includes the section of the population that visit this message board and thus will not be a good representative sample of the Tiger nation at large (because TigerForums represent only a small portion of the entire Tiger population when the majority do not visit or know of this site). :D

If I had the power, I'd definitely consider pulling the trigger. But you have to wonder... Who else is available (and will they be better)? How much would it cost? Would it make LSU look too demanding, to the point of being unrealistic? With a new coach, how soon would we see a turnaround? How do Brady's accomplishments stack up with others in the SEC / Nation?

Yes but in my belief Tiger Forums contains a wide array of users with different beliefs...just check out Free Speech Forum...just because one is a memeber here does not mean that one would be pro Brady or against Brady. Taking an abortion survey in a church will yield much different results than an abortion survey in an abortion clinic. You have your Brady lovers and bashers here.....then again I wouldn't publish the results of this poll anywhere so it really doesn't matter  .....

all off the top of my head...

tubby and billyd have similar tenure (HOWEVER, and a BIG however, neither inherited bottommed-out OR sanctioned programs) both have a NC each and several sec regular season and tournament titles.

gottfried and stansbury also have similar tenures, but by all major hallmarks, cjb has done better than them. stansbury inherited a top program. bamas had two subpar years before gottfried.

sec reg season titles (just by record and counting cochamps) UK-5, UF-3, LSU-2, MSU- 1, BAMA-1.

sec tournament. i think billyd has 2, tubby several, gott and stans 1 each and cjb 0.

    FFs--tubby has several, billyd 2, cjb 1, gottfried 0, stansbury 0.

by these hallmarks cjb is doing fine. its reasonable to think that without ncaa sanctions that cjb could have several more hallmarks. now, there are other records that probably deficiency---win-loss%, ncaa appearances.

You also have to remember that you're not getting everyone on TF to vote just those that choose to vote. That being said, you're more than likely going to get people to vote who want JB out because they are more passionate about the poll. So no matter how you look at it, it is skewed.

With the right players Brady has always had decent teams. When trying to play without the right players he's obviously had very little success. LSU is always too one-dimensional and that NEEDS to change.
