The way things are playing out this season, and how depleted/beat up the teams are when we play them, I honestly don't know if we will lose a game this season. It's like almost watching a train wreck.
Funny how people change in a week. There was definite improvement tonight, mind you. Only thing I'd really change is the inexplicably conservative play calling at crucial moments. Oh, and I'd make Lee the starter. He has more than earned it.
Les Miles should be fired for not getting his team ready to play. He really had to get the team focused and concentrate on Florida....instead of letting the team look past them to Mc Neese. :rolleye33:
The only really stupid plays were the JJ int that set up a UF TD, and the botched PP kick return that set up another UF TD. But I don't think those are in our play book.
Nor is the kickoff return. 21 gift points and we still win. Strong performance. If somehow we can correct the turnovers and stop the 3rd down penalties, we might just end up in Atlanta.
