First album you ever bought...

    I did too...I was sort of the person to come to if you wanted an album recorded. I had nearly 300 and about that many CD's

    You know, these nostalgic music threads are great because music and songs on the radio are really markers in our lives for moments that are important. They remind us of periods of our lives and the people in them....friends, girlfriends, family, world events, etc. They bring back a lot of memories.

    Food's a lot like that too...especially comfort foods. I smell pancake syrup nearly every day and it always reminds me of growing up in my family home. I had a younger brother, Paul, who lived on pancakes from the age of three on to adulthood. I always envision him in the high chair in his one piece footie pajamas covered with syrup.

    Paul's 6'3" now and will probably kick my a$$ for posting this. :hihi:.
