This feels weird. I got in my xterra this morning and got half way to Baton Rouge before I realized we didn't have a home game this weekend. Okay, just kidding. But, I really don't know what to do with myself. With the beginning of the college football season dominated with home games and one game on a Thursday night and the other in New Orleans, this is the first Saturday I have been at home this season. Even Labor Day weekend, after the Moo U. Thursday night game, we visited my parents in LaPlace for the weekend. Please help me!!! Signed, Confused on the northshore P.S. I guess it is too late to drive to Lexington.
I'm going to spend my morning shopping at Walmart and making that hot wing dip before I go watch the game with a bunch of OLE MISS FANS!!! They called last night asn said they were going to watch LSU on TV this afternoon and would love to have me join them. Should I be concerned? Are they going to lure me into the house then kill me?? Something just doesn't seem right about this....
Look on the bright side BigWee at least you do not have to work. I get off at 7 and have the DVR set. Now the main thing is trying not to hear the score until then.
Yes, you do have a point there. My advice: Wear earplugs and by no means, do you tune to any radio stations that might give football score updates.
Shopping at Wal-Mart on a Saturday topped off with watching the game with Ole Miss fans? You are one brave, brave little girl. The hot wing dip sounds good though.:thumb:
you're right, wee, this does feel weird. however we're not at home in BR we're in your neck of the woods visiting my mom and sister.
Well we could always get the ChatRoom Jumping early. We could have another first the first ever Online Tailgate!
