    I'll go along with that.

does anyone have any suggestions as to who would be a good DC to possibly bring in?

Someone who is at least potentially "available"?

Available? How are we going to start Jack Del Rio threads if you are already limiting the position to certain people?

was gonna save those threads for the inevitable "Miles must be Fired" threads that are sure to follow the Bama game if we don't win by triple digits.

I haven't bothered to look him up, but what about TCU's DC? They were No.1 in total defense until they played OU and held them to 35 when they were averaging 50. They completely shut down BYU's spread with defensive line twists and stunts, plus an ultra aggressive blitz package that was disguised well enough to fool a Junior QB who's 1st team all conference (even though it's the Mountain West) and is considered an All America candidate.

Another candidate (and wouldn't this be ironic) is Ok. St.'s DC. They held both Missouri and Tx high powered offense in check. I think both would consider LSU a promotion rather than a lateral move.

I disagree, maybe the losses don't but the trend does. Are there any objective fans who believe that we are going to win out? Much like the Tepper years, good and even average quarterbacks are having career days vs our defense.

Please don't bring up Tepper! Now that was painful to watch!
