    I miss Bleecker street.

5-Guys is over rated as a great burger place. It is a very good fast food burger.

So against Port-a-Call, Georges, just about any good local burger place it doesn't stand a chance.

It's blows away McDonalds, Burger King etc.

It was the one on 55th near 6th.

I'll have to give you a shout next time I'm in town. Maybe in November.

BTW, I had a pizza at Lombardi's in Little Italy because I had heard so much from Food Network. Gotta say, it was outstanding. Perfect in every way. Not that soggy, flat, tourist NY pizza. It was amazing.

Some business associates were telling me about another place near them in Brooklyn and now I can't remember the name. They said it was better than Lombardi's so now I have to compare the two next time I'm in town. Lombardi's set the bar pretty high though.

I was just wondering. I am always happy to just go to Riverside and Riverside Too, but they have strange hours and the downtown one can be hard to park for. It is always nice to have a backup.

I have never partaken in one of their burgers.

Co-workers order from there all the time.

I need to take the plunge.

Just talked to a co-worker and he said exactly what you said. It will eventually give you a heart attack. And he loves the crispy fries.

We have one in Tallahassee and they're wanting to open another 3 more (from what I've heard.). Great burgers, not the best I've had, but for the price they're pretty d@mn good. I order a small cheeseburger because it only has one patty.

There's one about 2 miles from my house. I haven't actually made it by there, yet. It's on my list, though.

Take the plunge. When they first opened the one in the Villages (West Palm), that has since closed, I went and after had the worst acid reflux in my life, well I found out a month later, I had GERD. But years later and tons of acid reflux pills, I have taken my vengeance with Five Guys, the one in mid town, miami.

    five guys is the bomb

These hamburgers are awesome and they have sooo many toppings. The fries are fresh potatoes they get in everyday. When they bag your stuff they give you the fry size u order and throw another cup on top.:milesmic:
