BB, we went down there with four tickets between me & my best friend...We told our girlfriends (his fiance, now!) that we were taking our dad's down there with us (yeah, right)..

I don't know why we ended up driving to Mobile, but I think we had the notion that we were going to drive all the way to Florabama or something...We ended up in Mobile, not wanting to go any further.

We were just walking around amazed at how much fun Alabama bars were knowing there was no closing time nor last call...Overheard some girls bitching about the Three Doors Down Concert downtown in Mobile earlier that night...

They said they had gotten their money taken from them by Ticketmaster...We asked them what they thought about Aerosmith that same night. Their eyes lit up. Drinks and conversation ensued...They stayed-quite literally-on the service road on the other side of the main UAB campus...

Had some lovely dates and 48 lovely hours on the Gulf Coast...Enjoyed the hell out of the concert...
