I haven't researched the charges but if it were the case it wouldn't surprise me considering what happened with Jeremy Hill.
I predicted Florida 26-9 with this kid at QB. I now predict LSU 16-13 with Driskel at the helm. 2 key interceptions by Driskel spell the difference.
It's such a gray issue so many times. It's also aggravating to me when girls sometimes put themselves in compromising positions and then reap bad consequences. The female must be responsible for herself and not call "assault" if she wakes up regretting what she did or if the guy never calls her again. I saw this sort of thing a lot when I was in college. I also knew some girls that were legitimately assaulted (I had to go rescue my roommate's little sister from North Stadium in the middle of the night after a football game one time.) I have no clue what the issue is here, but I'm just commenting on why colleges and the legal system struggle with crimes of this nature.
You think they will let Driskel throw much with LSU so easy to run on? He's the current leader for the Jamie Howard interception trophy.
