    I know it's no karate or judo, but a lot of NFL players have talked about taking ballet dancing for balance. I think this is more for the guys who play skill positions.:tigerhead

    Emmitt said it often actually.. heh.. they actually did a segment on Fox years ago with him in tights..

    I think Lynn Swann was the first player I heard publicly say the he was taking ballet lessons as part of his training.

    I thought of Willie Gault when I was reading this thread. He took a lot of ribbing from his Bears teammates about it.

    And if I'm remembering correctly, he performed in some professional dance productions.
