Is Saban a better coach? Or is he just a better X's and O's guy. Coaching is a lot more than X's and O's ya know. Especially on the college and high school level.

Dude, that's a 180 degree turnaround from your usual position. And, after a loss. Never thought those wanting Miles fired could ever change their tune. What gives?

I think both are really good. Miles isnt as bad as his gaffs sometimes make him look and Saban is greatly overrated.

See the way I see it is a College coach is the entire enchilada. X's and O's, teaching young men to become adults, being a father figure, not just talking getting out there and showing, and if we are talking about everything, I'd take Miles 1 million times before I even considered Saban. Can you see A former player calling up Nick for advice off the field? Can you see Nick singing the alma mater with the students and players after a big win? Can you see Nick actually having love for anyone other than himself and his wife and kids?

    Give me Miles.

I also highly question playing for a FG with an inconsistent kicker. If we throw and make the first down LSU ices the game. If anything I might have tried a short pooch punt to make them go further down the field with no TOs if I dont make the first. Either way, LSU was throwing well, play to win the damn game.

Bullshit. No matter what call he made, if it didn't work, you and your ilk would be bitching.

Ok...your scenerio....pooch punt....instead of 76 yards they have to go say 90 yards best case? Would not have mad a diference with the defense we were in. Throw the ball on third down.....risk not completing it, and leaving over 2 minutes on the clock for bama? Go for it on fourth down? make it great, dont make it and your in the same boat. you cant blame miles for missing a very makeable field goal. go up by 6 instead of three and force them to score a TD from the 25 yard line....that's what miles was thinking. It was the right decision ALL day.....it just did not work out.

You can't be sure of that. Pinning a team inside the 10 and I think you see a different D.

Bullshit, because I rather lose playing to win, than playing not to lose. Had we thrown the ball and dont make it I could accept that. I cant accept playing for a FG with an inconsistent kicker when we were throwing better than ever. I also cant accept playing an uber soft prevent D when we were dominating them by blitzing and being aggressive. If we play to win and Bama breaks one, cool. It happens but I could accept it. I cant accept this conservative crap.

Exactly my point. I think with a bit more field to cover we would have been aggressive. If youre gonna go prevent at least keep the sidelines well covered so they stay in bounds.
