Just an FYI... One of the largest development firms in T-town right now has two very well known names sitting at the top; Lee Roy Jordan and Roger Staubach.
Has LSU ever reviewed its options for the stadium? I'm sure there are a whole host of reasons why renovating the unused spaces would prove difficult from both a construction and management point of view. But...I think TAF would clean up if they built in either condos or hotel rooms. It would be great, though, to put students back in the stadium...with renovated dorms, of course.
