I don't think he qualifies as a freshmen or newcomer, but he is ready to have a breakout season.

As far as freshmen, and I take that to mean true freshmen, Al woods may be hard to keep off the field even though we are absolutely loaded at DL.

Since we seem to be going down the line of a veeeeeeeeery long list (boy, we are lucky) of future impact players, I will pick R.J. Jackson. Coaches seem to be high on him, and as he is facing the learning curve for a new position, he may have more motivation to excel faster.

I'd be suprised to see RJ Jackson make a significant impact this year. He's a good athlete & I hope he eventually gets his chance, but it will be tough for him to get a lot of PT with the talent we have coming in at WR considering that he's learning a new position, and we're stacked at RB too.

Al Woods. The Dorsey himself said that the line is loaded at LSU and people have to wait to play, like he did, but that Al Woods is going to impress the hell out of people when he gets that start.

He's on the DL but I really want to see Barksdale, he is a beast. He is like a faster Alan Branch, hopefully with better endurance too. Barksdale and Woods could be a very nice combination for a couple years.

I'm going to pick LaFell. I read somewhere that Flynn and LaFell are already on the same page.

You are right. Considering how young he is, to be this big, think he will make some big hits this year.
