There was a very positive article about Brady in today's TP -- gist of it was that he had grown as a coach, was mellower, etc. The article discussed the blow-up in Houston, but several players said it was a good clearing of the air and has helped the team. Bass called Brady "my man." Are the anti-Brady Tiger fans like the Democrats who secretly (sometimes not so secretly) wish for bad news from Iraq?? If so that blows.:dis:
It's not ego...Why would my ego-or better yet my id-allow me to have taken a position so unliked by the masses? If I was so childishly driven by my id that I couldn't admit that I was wrong, then when I was subjected to all the negativity my stance created, then surely my id would drive me to the point of either disappearing in the face of the malestrom of hailstones thrown at me, or to just change sails and start flying under new colors... If I continually show that I won't change my mind...How can it be a matter of the id? You brought it up, and I have a wonderful understanding of Freud's Models of Personality...
