I suck at college football, because I always do stupid picks, like Oklahoma +22 last week...WTF was I thinking. But pro is a completely different story. I have won thousands..just diversify between 2-3 games that fit..I recommend something like fantasyguru.com. I know it is fantasy football, but they go into great detail about every matchup and all the past games and such..very helpful. 60% is a good amount, but not impossible. It's just when people start making a lot of money, they bet a lot bigger on one thing and lose, and then there goes most of your profit. You have to be smart, and not feel pressure to bet. Here are the eight rules I follow when I bet, I recommend following them: Never bet on your favorite team Never bet against a team with a lot of talent Never bet on Rivalry games Never bet on Potential Never bet on teams during a short week Never bet on big spreads Never feel obligated to bet Never bet on your favorite team That is more for pro, as there is more parity.
I hate parlays I always get like 4 of the 5 or 6 of the 7 and lost ito: If only I could not be so greedy:yelwink2:
I could be wrong 19 out of 20 times, but I would still make money with that one correct one on a 5 team parlay.
The payback is much greater, but if you miss one, you get no money..Risk/reward thing. I have made 250 on like a 10 dollar parlay though
I thought it was the same, but apparently according to people here, regular parlays are multiple bets, and there is a much lower escalator, but you aren't disqualified if you lose one. I am not sure, never tried it. If you are looking for an alright gambling site, I recommend sports.com..they send me lots of free stuff (really nice poker set, hats, jacket)
