I went totally lazy and ordered pizza. I was entertaining 3 senior girls, and it was easy. Now, they are at the movies, and my 8th grader is at a friend's house. It's nice and quiet here now.
Anything you put in a gumbo will, if you cook it long enough. Personally, I won't keep a mallard.We've tried all kinds of shit including marinade of water and vinegar. curdled the skin but didn't take that that strong taste. A lot of people like to make duck bombs with breasts and cook them on pit. I've never tried ried them- cause I no longer keep mallards.
