Game Day Question From Out of Towner

I see on the map that Station Sports bar, Sporting News Grill, and TJ Ribs are near my hotel. Any of these places decent for later in the evening?

 

They do respond. I have asked questions and received an answer the next day. :thumb:

 

TJ Ribs is an institution. Sometimes they have Billy Cannon's Heisman on display and although it can get crazy crowded, I have always had a good time there. My bars are the old bars. Georges, The Chimes, Phil Brady's, Thirsty Tiger (downtown)...I am better with New Orleans taverns so if you are staying here-shoot me a message.

My plan is to take in as much as I can in the short time I will be in town. Who knows where I will end up!

 

I guess on some level, everybody is shy. I think that is why beer was invented.

 

I'd really like to hang in a bar, and walk thru the tailgates before the game, depending on when businesses open in Baton Rouge on gamedays.

 

Don't forget to go by and see Mike the Tiger. Habitat is directly across from the North End of the Stadium.
