Sorry, that link was to an unofficial site. The official auburn site www.auburntigers.com is still reporting the following: Status for LSU-Auburn Game Still Up in the Air September 17, 2004 AUBURN - No official decision has been made as of 9 am CDT Friday about the Auburn-LSU game scheduled for tomorrow afternoon at 2:30 pm CDT.
This is what I was saying yesterday, I'm really thinking that the AU people really like having power over LSU people for a change. I really do think they are trying to keep the LSU fans at home instead at the game. Maybe it has something to do also with disrupting the LSU football team schedule, we know in sports how something like that can change a routine of a team and they can come out flat! Sorry, but they should've announced whether the game was on or not at least 24 hours before it started.
They failed miserably in that regard. Saban practiced this week as if it were just a normal week. I think I have a purley platonic man-crush.
Whoa, easy there big fell. I hope this works against the big eared ctt's plan and our tigers come out pissed!! I sure the fans will be. I know I am!! :cuss:
This has no affect on the LSU team. Practices were unaffected ... travel plans were unaffected and they are flying out of BR at 3pm today. The only burden is on the fans ... and I suspect at least 95% of the LSU fans who were planning on going will be there before 2:30 pm tomorrow!
I'm glad to hear that TigerWins because I thought it had disrupted their routine as well as the fans.
