It's obvious they severely underestimated the amount of traffic they'd get...and had no failsafe plan in place to either provide the extra bandwidth, or limit the amount of users that could buy the game. I hope they give you rebates, but if they do it'll probably sour them on the notion of ever offering online games again....at least for the near future (their site says they haven't decided whether to offer more games online).

I am calling Visa. I will tell them to CANCEL payment to that site. LSU got greedy on this one. They thought they would make more money going the internet route(rather than satellite). Well, they lost my money. I encourage everyone to do the same. This is fraud.
I will too...they should've prepared better for this. They have enough money now to purchase a sh!tload of bandwidth for the next one, but i won't ever pay for this crap again.
Well after about 5 minutes of nothing, it has streamed fine ever since. I got to see the great Jamarcus Russell heave up a pass about 40 yards in the air with little or no effort for a TD. Also got to see that great Addai run. Hail to the great chief (Russell, that is).
Well, I had shut mine off b/c I was sick of it. But I just logged in again and it seems to be working fine at the moment. Maybe lots of other ppl shut theirs off too.
