Can Mestepey Hang in There Mestepey tired in the 7th this weekend & Smoke left him in a bit too long. Hope Mestepey can make it throught the 8th. We should have jumped on Ruthven b/c they can't buy a hit now.
Georgia scores one run in two games and advances. Let's hope the LSU bats heat up for the Regional. Our pitching was outstanding. It's a disappointing early exit but in reality, all we were playing for was a top 8 seed. We'll host a regional and hopefully move on to the supers. Let's stay positive and not turn this into a bash fest. It's not over and it's still good.
Bleh -- once again didn't see much heart IMO. Just showed up and played like it was just another game. Didn't see any real urgency or fire.
Can you at least agree that motivational issues can be partially ascribed to the coaching (or lack thereof)? Didn't Saban take the blame for his team's performance against Florida at home? I'm not calling for Smoke's head - I just expect more out of my baseball team than this.
