You sure they weren't scared to have tiger fans in the background you know a
    1. a group of toothless drunks wearing their knee high white rubber boots (kind of a coonass tradition huh?)
    2. a group of people who haven't bathed in a while gathered around the chitterling pot.
    3. or maybe a bunch of actors from the movie "Deliverence"

    Rebelnut,

The Gameday crew has visited Baton Rouge on several occasions, therefore invalidating your very lame response. Write back when Lee Corso steals your mascot's head.

WHOOPS !!!!!!!! I guess that will never happen, even IF Gameday ever visits Oxford !!

GEAUX TIGERS !!!! BEAT THE HELL OUT OF OLE MISS !!!!

Oxford probably doesn't have the power supply necessary to power all the equipment needed to produce "Gameday".

The Gameday crew insists on having an airport within 100 miles of any potential location. One with jets and terminals and taxicabs and limos. And they like to eat at places where you use forks and knives and have napkins. And they insist upon hotel accomodations with doors that open to the inside and as little neon in the sign as possible. And they are heavily reliant upon ELECTRICITY. So Oxford never had a chance.

Actually, Fowler was on Kornheiser this morning and said he would rather be at Ole Miss-LSU than Michigan-Ohio State. SEC tailgating, SEC atmosphere, and SEC women were the reasons he stated. So I don't think Corso, Fowler or Herbstreit have any say in the decision making process.

yeah I heard that too, it was on "The Dan Patrick Show" not Kornheiser....unless he was on both...I really wish they would have come to Oxford, but oh well!!!
