Sherlock's should be packed. I remember I was at Ben's last year for the Bama game. After LSU won, a big group of us went down to the Loon and proceed to tigerbait the Texas fans who had just lost to K State.

Is it true that Ben's Half-yard House closed down? My husband and I were outside talking to our neighbor's boyfriend (he's an LSU grad) a couple of weeks ago, and he was talking about Ben's being closed.

If so, that's a shame because it was a fun place (prior to having kids) to watch LSU games in Dallas.

Yup...closed down. The new alumni spot is Sherlock's on Park Ln across Central from North Park Mall. I think there is also a viewing at Fox and The Hound up in the Plano area but I've never been. I have a strict no going north of LBJ policy

Agreed. These days I am parked at the house too. But the HiDef view is perfect. The Heineken is cheap and very cold. And my 2 year old son's Tiger roar after every TD is priceless.

I was disappointed to hear that it closed down as well. I think I will be going to Sherlock's for the game against Fla. Hopefully everybody doesnt leave to go to Baton Rouge for that weekend.

Get there at least an hour early if you want to find a seat.
