he's in a no win situation. you can tell because he institutes a spending freeze (albeit an insignificant one) and conservatives are doggin him for it. he will say a lot of things middle america want to hear but its in one ear out the other. i will be digging my extra $900 for childcare tax credits though. have you heard that tomorrow he's going to unveil details about upcoming high speed rail?
Im gonna watch and I am going to watch all the commentary on MSNBC, FOX and CNN. Thank god for DVR's! BTW...Chris Mathews and Chuck Todd (NBC News Political Director) just said Obama has lost the independents and put up the newest NBC poll showing they prefer a republican controlled congress 49%-41% over democrats. This has to be the most rapid abandonment by independents ever.
I'm waiting for Obama to arrive and they keep showing that little rat-eyed nutjob from California instead. If Obama were smart he would kick her out of the building. He would gain INSTANT credibility and his poll numbers would increase 10 points tomorrow. I would give him another 10 if he threw out Reid and Frank. ***another few bonus points if he canned Eric Holder and Tim Geitner.

The Recovery Act has created jobs? I don't think that will go over well with the American public. The blame on Wall Street and the banks is also nothing new. I haven't seen anything yet to suggest he "gets it". After a year of health care and wasted problems...we finally get a "Jobs Bill". Good!...let's see the plan. (and don't give us the "green" job BS!) I hope it's truly small business...not simply minority-owned, female-owned, affirmative action type businesses) We've got no money...but we'll have a high speed rail. ??? There's the stupid talk about wasting money on make believe "green jobs".
