    Baton Rouge, a dump?

Sorry, Paul, it's not the bustling metropolis of Montgomery or Birmingham or Mobile or wherever his column gets published. And definitely not Tuscaloosa.

No we live in place people have actually heard of, Alabama is like the North Dakota of the south.

How does this guy keep his job??? If someone in Baton Rouge had a column like this they'd last a week.

It's ok, Paul, we'll let you be an LSU fan.
He writes like the guy who doesn't get invited to the party so he makes fun of all the attendees. Jealousy's a b!tch.

Oh btw, I loved him in LA Law.

He's right about one thing, LSU fans want to beat the Hell out of Bama, but that's about the only thing he has right. Most LSU fans are happy with Miles. I don't know of any that are asking what ifs had Saban stayed. Remember Saban didn't do as good with Sabans players as Miles is doing with Sabans players. Only SabanFan and a few others have a "school girl crush" on Saban many more are glad he is gone. Too many outsiders view LSU fans feeling of betrayal as something more than it is. Another misconception is that Saban is a much better coach than Miles. Saban is indeed a very good coach but he lost several games he should have won and was out coached on many more than one occasion. Give Saban credit where credit is due, he is a super star recruiter and did a great job of putting the LSU program on the right track after a long period of frustration. As most of us here know and gumps will one day realize he isn't as great as he thinks he is. How many times in the last two decades have we had to endure Bama fans screaming from the highest mountain about their latest hire being the great bear reborn? Don't expect miracles from Saban, he will have success but not what most gumps seem to expect immediately. I guess it's all relative when you compare a handful of wins to what the gumps have shown the last 15 years. Just remember before you funnel the kool aid, in his entire career Saban has only had a few seasons worth bragging about.

I had a dog and his name was B-I-N-G-O:thumb:

Perhaps what we need is a petition stickied at the top where everyone voluntarily signs/agress to never post threads or click links to FineBleau or GuilBaum articles. Violation of said agreement results in mandatory roshambo by the first one to call said violater out.

    The End,
    Fur

People just need to start quoting the entire text of these bozos articles and not include a link. Mods can just look the other way and we can still make fun of them.

You know, it didn't look right and I should have checked the spelling. Major coup for you.:thumb:

By the way. You misspelled "believe".

Yep, but public roshambo is a much more efficient deterrent.

Finbaum has bashed Bama for years on his show.

Trust me, its just for ratings, and he will turn on Bama eventually.

He lives about 10 minutes from me over in Inverness (near Hoover).
