I was impressed at how many Florida fans came all the way from Florida without tickets! They were paying 100 bucks for upper deck tickets, for heaven's sake. Sidelines were going for $400+, I hear.
I love how fans continued to talk smack even after the game. Walking up the hill, some idiot came up to me and said, "Oh yeah, well how many titles do y'all have?" Umm, yeah dude, we have two....same as you. Some were great sports about it. Others tried to pick fights unabated. Dumbasses.
After the band came down the hill before the game, I happened to be walking with an older gator fan and his wife. I said "It is going to be a tight game tonight" and he said "After watching the band and Tiger come down the hill I almost want to put on purple and gold. I replied with "Here you want my shirt I have plenty."
OK. I was on the ramp at the PMAC and completely missed Mike VI coming down the hill. Saw the cheerleaders. Coach. Players. Recruits. Band. Where was Mike???
