I used to be influenced by all the above but learned I have pretty good instincts with this stuff. That's simply from following sports 24 7 without even noticing I suppose.
Correct. So should something drastically affect the line and you realize you pulled the trigger on a line that can't cover, one might place another bet to cover the projected loss? The golden nut stands to reunite your business. Lucky them. All hypothetical, but the business end is their advantage releasing lines this early. They need you more now than the typical reputable book (if ever there was such a thing) who drops lines later in the game. That was my original point. Look forward to hearing from anyone who drops coin on their early line. I'm sure they are too
The lsu Bama game moved a lot last year. About 2 tds was it. Usually the initial line is good. All the white noise ends up meaning dick. The books aren't exposed too badly bc they only take 10k max probably. They know all the fluff is just that as well. Their guys numbers are pretty damn good.
Every once in a while their "Guy" has an off week or two and picks a bad number to start. Those are nice.
