Most of the RINOs here don't vote with the constitution anyway. They just use this rhetoric as a talking point.

That's not even comparable to the government taking it over. Taking over is when the government sells you your health insurance and the doctors get paid from the Feds. Private enterprise still dictates terms of business within the regulations set by the government. Even with regulations, lobbyists will see to it that businesses will retain a lot of control.

Socialism is a scare tactic. What you are advocating is simple Fascism.

Both of which are not what this country was founded on.

You've read it and you still don't understand it?

Regulation is not a takeover, obviously. Government regulates thousands of things for the good of the nation and has for the entire period of government in the United States.

    Perhaps you didn't understand Section 8 . . .

"The Congress shall have Power . . . To Regulate Commerce"

"The Congress shall have Power . . . To make all Laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into Execution the foregoing Powers"

    Blah Blah Blah:

Anyway, Judge Andrew Napolitano makes the case that health care delivery by the government is unconstitutional.

You misunderstand my definition of fascism. Not Hitler type of fascism but soft fascism, corporatism.

    I'm glad you corrected yourself.

This country didn't face the same problems 200+ years ago that they face now, so of course that's not what it was founded on. If Thomas Jefferson were alive today, he'd laugh at people trying to run this country like they ran it 200+ years ago. There's a word for that: stupid. What I am suggesting os the way this country has been run when it has enjoyed it's greatest success.

It has been decades since this country was a pure capitalist economy and we're better for it. See Mexico with it's enormous gap between the upper and lower class and virtually absent middle class for why the US is doing it right.

I'm referring to where we are headed. Even Obama and his merry band aren't stupid enough to try and implement the grand plan in one fell swoop. What they didn't gammble on was waking up the silent majority.

I didn't correct anything. The way I define it you applaud fascism plain and simple.

And I'm not sure what America you live in but our founders created something to stay not evolve into something they came from.
