Maybe he can teach their receivers to drop the ball.

I heard that Kent only pays around $100,000.00 a year for the HC, isn't BG making more here?

I don't want him to leave but wasn't he our passing game coordinator as they call it ???

If so he needs a little more seasoning I think because our passing game is one of the worst in college football

Yeah, but who knows what his responsibilities really were.

May be in the best interest of the program if he leaves.

Considering that earlier in the season, people were calling for Gonzales to call the offensive plays instead of Crowton, this is quite a turn around. The receivers dropped balls passed to them, but remember that some times the passes were behind them, or over their heads. Don't blame the receivers or the coach for their performance. The quarterback had something to do with it, too.

I don't disagree, but we saw no measurable improvement in the passing game overall this year. So my question is, what, exactly has he done? I'm not lobbying to get rid of him; it's just an honest question.

From last season to this season? No we did not, the passing game regressed.

But from the beginning of the year to the end of the year, I think we did see some improvement.

Randle emerged as our go-to guy, Shep got a bit better at holding onto the ball, and younger guys like Boone and C. Tolliver got their feet wet. Way too early to call Gonzales a bad coach.
