If LSU fans really want to complain, why not complain about TAF? Coach, players, radio announcers- is there anything that you guys like about LSU? I'm not kidding- much. I know its a post-horrible loss week and everyone deals with it differently, but I've seen hating on Jimmy H before. He's not the best, but he's been doing it since long before I was born. In time, someone will take the reins.
Hawthorne doesn't bother me that much. He just loves him some LSU football like the rest of us. I think it could be worse - much worse.
So you don't like him because he accurately describes the game? Should he leave out any details which do not favor the Tigers? Maybe you would prefer him to make up facts that don't exist so that we sound better? He could even change the outcome so that we win.

He said it nicer than I did... besides, he would say that for an LSU player or drive. Unlike many local sports play-by-pllay guys that just pump up the home team, he gives a more equal take. I like the fact he adds his own 'flavor' to how he calls the game. Even ole Vern called Russell Randall and made quite a few mistakes that game.
